Perks Institutions, Located four miles away from the Heart of the city in Sylvan Surrounding and Suvae environment is run by the Ramaswami Naidu and Ramaranganathan charities Coimbatore. The Management runs a children's school, Matriculation School, Higher Secondary School & a Computer Centre with Internet facility which is open to the public also especially for the college students who can learn the latest courses and the employed peoples. Various university correspondence courses are also conducted here, University of Madras conducts various exams here, The Annamalai University conducts besides various exams seminar classes also. The Madurai Kamaraj University Seminar classes of various courses and exams are conducted here. The post Graduate Computer Application course of the Madurai University is conducted in the Perks Computer Center.
==Founder==
Rama Ranganathan, founder of Perks Institutions, A Lok Shree awardee, is credited with having brought Davis Cup tournament to Coimbatore as early as 1975. He also constructed the first Pyramid in India. He died on Nov 10, 2009, He was 83 and is survived by his wife, two sons and a daughter.
